From Coaches Brian Chabot and Emily Dippel:
“Your support during last year’s Goat Nation Giving Challenge allowed our national-level team members to compete out of region, including meets at Duke University for Track & Field and at Lehigh University for Cross Country. These meets provide us with opportunities to qualify for NCAA. Your support also contributed to annual team awards.
We continue to explore national-caliber competitions in warmer weather states during our outdoor season. We plan to seek out larger invitationals for Cross Country teams to boost their chances of NCAA team selection. We also want to offer coaching staff continuing education opportunities so that they can learn more about improving student-athlete athletic performance and gain greater expertise in all event groups.”
From Student-Athlete Alex Cole ’26:
“Being a student-athlete allows me to feel supported by a whole team, and have a strong community to fall back on if needed. The support from alumni, family, and friends allows the team to travel to more competitive meets which gives us better opportunities to qualify for post season. Last year we had the opportunity to be able to go compete at Duke, and it meant a great deal to be able to compete against top-tier athletes and to show what Division III Track & Field can do.”
